Responsibilities

  • Own ongoing client communication rhythm across active accounts
  • Track relationship health, risks, and opportunities for better outcomes
  • Align delivery teams with client expectations and business priorities
  • Support renewals and long-term partnership planning

Qualifications

  • Client success or account leadership experience in digital services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational and relationship management skills
  • Ability to collaborate across delivery, sales, and leadership teams
